In this video, we will review the two messages that come up if you submit duplicates in an add file. This video pertains to both pre-add entities and add entities.  Submit your file by going to Claims and Add. Select your data entry method. Click on Next. Select your file.  Click on Verify. Notice the first message. Duplicates found in import file. Proceeding with save process will create multiple claims for the following debtors.  If unwanted duplicates are listed below, please revise the source file and repeat the import process to avoid the duplicate filing.  Again, the first message box is checking to see if you have duplicates in your import file. The second message box. Duplicate claims already on file in iDrop.  The following claims from your import file already exist in iDrop.  If unwanted duplicates are listed below, please revise the source file to remove the repeated claim and repeat the import process to avoid the duplicate filing.  The second message is checking to see if the claim that you're submitting in the file has already been submitted on iDrop. If it has, you have the option to continue and save.  If it's a valid claim and if it is not, then you go back to step 2, remove the duplicate, and resubmit your file.
