• Compare immunohistochemical patterns of expression of wild-type acute myeloid leukemia with those of SRSF2-mutated acute myeloid leukemia.
• Discuss the prognostic impact of SRSF2 mutation on overall survival in AML patients.
• List commonly occurring mutations found in myeloid neoplasms in association with SRSF2 mutations, and how they may affect or modulate the overall patient survival and neoplastic progression.
