• To define the mechanism of action of Rituximab (RTX) and its effect on the B-cell population of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. 

• To describe the spectrum of histological findings that can be seen in the GI tract biopsies in patients treated with RTX and to apply this knowledge when evaluating endoscopic biopsies of the upper and lower GI tract from those patients.
