Course Description

This module provides a practical framework for building and maintaining pathology clinics that emphasize patient-centered care, collaboration, and safety. Learners will explore team structure, clinic operations, facility logistics, and deployment models across in-person and virtual formats. The module also addresses compliance, risk mitigation, and employee safety, equipping participants with tools to design and sustain clinics that enhance communication, workflow efficiency, and quality outcomes.
