Course Description

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plans and Projects course is intended to provide laboratory teams with resources and tools to elevate continuous quality improvement and patient safety by effectively developing and navigating quality plans and projects.

Eligibility for CME/CMLE Credit: Max three attempts. You will have a maximum of three attempts to meet the following criteria:

  • Module ≥80% = CME/CMLE credit
  • Module <80% = No CME/CMLE credit, after a maximum of three attempts

Accreditation Statement: The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

Credit Designation Statement: The American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) designates this journal-based CME activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
