Upon completion of this activity, you will be able to:
  • explain the clinical and cytologic features of pancreatic serous cystadenoma;

  • describe the variant patterns of pancreatic serous cystadenoma;

  • differentiate this entity from other cystic pancreatic lesions that show similar morphologic profiles;

  • select appropriate histochemical and immunohistochemical stains to distinguish this entity from other neoplasms in its differential diagnosis; and

  • recognize the relevant mutations in serous cystadenoma and other entities in its differential diagnosis.
