• describe the characteristic histopathologic features of IgG4-related disease and IgG4-related lymphadenopathy;  

• review the Boston Criteria used in assessing IgG4-related disease; 

• recognize common presentations of IgG4-related disease and the histologic features that support the diagnosis; and 

• differentiate reactive and neoplastic lymphadenopathy from IgG4-related lymphadenopathy.
