describe the genetic and molecular pathogenesis of DICER1 syndrome;
discuss several common neoplastic manifestations of DICER1 syndrome;
recognize the clinical and histologic features of pediatric cystic nephroma and anaplastic sarcoma of the kidney; and
recommend immunohistochemical and molecular diagnostic testing to differentiate pediatric cystic nephroma from adult cystic nephroma and cystic partially differentiated nephroblastoma.
