understand the clinical presentation and diagnostic challenges of synchronous metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) to the breast;
identify histopathological and immunohistochemical features distinguishing RCC metastasis from primary breast cancer;
discuss the clinical and radiologic features that aid in diagnosis and staging of synchronous RCC metastasis and primary breast cancer;
evaluate treatment approaches and prognostic implications for patients with synchronous metastatic RCC to the breast and contralateral primary breast cancer; and
review current literature on the incidence, pathogenesis, and outcomes of RCC metastasis to the breast and synchronous primary breast malignancies.
