This 2021 Annual Meeting session is presented by Lotte Mulder, PhD from ASCP and Joe Sirintrapun, MD from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The pandemic and other events over the past year have exacerbated the risks of stressful/burnout working conditions. This course will focus on how to change that narrative to foster stress and burnout-free work environments regardless of external and internal circumstances. This course will showcase how pathologists and laboratory professionals can thrive and not just survive during pandemics and other challenging circumstances.

- How to foster stress and burnout-free work environments
- How to thrive amidst challenging circumstances
