• Summarize the authors’ findings regarding the demographics of students and faculty for the Clinical Laboratory Science program at Stony Brook University for the years over 20 years. 

• Compare the traditional CLS program with the hybrid CLS program with respect to the ethnicity and gender of the students. 

• Discuss gaps in demographic representation displayed by the data from the Stony Brook University CLS programs and ways that the hybrid versus traditional format may assist in recruiting a more diverse student body.
