This is a case-based education session that presents a spectrum of pulmonary/mediastinal specimens with diagnoses ranging from inflammatory/granulomatous etiology, cytologic atypia secondary to reactive processes, and non-malignant tumors which could mimic malignancy. The cytomorphologic features, differential diagnoses and available cell block from each case will be presented as well as ancillary tests performed.
