This education session will focus on an introduction and diagnostic approach to aggressive cutaneous lymphoma and aggressive cutaneous lymphomas and their mimics.
Cases to be discussed will include
- Primary cutaneous gamma/delta T cell lymphoma Differential diagnosis- Mycosis Fugoides with gamma delta phenotype; Lymphomatoid papulosis.
- Diffuse large B cell lymphoma, leg type. Differential diagnosis; Primary cutaneous follicular center lymphoma with increased centroblast.
- Primary cutaneous CD8+ Aggressive Epidermiotropic cytotoxic T cell lymphoma. Differential diagnosis Lymphomatoid papulosis type D, CD8+ Mycosis fungoides and Primary cutaneous CD8+ acral T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder encompasses.
- Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma Differential diagnosis, Hydroa vaccineforme.
- Primary cutaneous Peripheral T cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, Differential diagnosis; Primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium cell lymphoproliferative disorder.
- Adult T cell leukemia/lymphoma Differential diagnosis MF and Sezary syndrome, Primary cutaneous PTCL-NOS.
