Course Description
This session will explore challenging mesothelial proliferations, focusing on establishment of mesothelial lineage and the separation of benign and malignant mesothelial proliferations utilizing both immunohistochemistry and molecular testing. This session will explore these themes using a series of cases with interactive discussion of the work-up of each induvial case. Participants will be able to apply evidence-based practices to the work-up of mesothelial lesions and will gain an appreciation of new and emerging immunohistochemical and molecular techniques in mesothelial pathology.
