DMT144-24 - CME/CMLE - Practical Application of Tools in the ASCP Negotiation and Advocacy Toolbox
Course Description
In this education session, the faculty have developed a laboratory based mini-version of the Amazing Race, a widely known reality series where teams travel to different destinations to compete in a series of challenges, some mental and some physical, in order to move to the next location until arriving at the final destination. Join us before the race, as we warm-up with faculty. This time will be spent becoming more familiar with the tools that will help you negotiate and advocate for your laboratory! During the race, attendees will actively follow the teams, discuss the progress, and critique decisions made by the teams. Five pre-selected teams will compete using the ASCP Negotiation and Advocacy Toolbox to solve challenges along the way. The first team to arrive will win!
