Course Description

This session will provide an overview of how to protect laboratory data, when patient consent is required to use or disclose lab data, and how to create value from your data (and stop others from monetizing your data). The discussion will include real life examples of data monetization, and a brief overview of how AI might impact data use and disclosure as well as sales of data.
