Course Description

In the Partnerships in Diagnosis series, the collaborative spirit of laboratory medicine and pathology takes center stage. In each presentation, a laboratory professional and physician duo partner to present a compelling case study in which they each played essential roles in the diagnostic pathway. Together, the lab-path partners will delve into the details of each case to showcase how their collective expertise decoded laboratory and pathology results, ultimately providing a diagnosis to the patient. Partnerships in Diagnosis series celebrates the teamwork that defines healthcare and the mutual commitment between laboratory medicine and pathology to deliver answers to patients.

Partnerships in Diagnosis lends itself to in-person and virtual presentations as well as alternative forms of media such as podcast episodes and social media “stories.” Regardless of format, each presentation will bring forth real-world examples of laboratory medicine and pathology uniting to deliver timely and accurate results to patient.
