This is an elective module of the Biomarker Testing Navigation Certificate program. This online, interactive module equips learners with essential skills to optimize the process of sending out specimens for biomarker testing. Participants will explore practical strategies to enhance collaboration with reference laboratories, track and manage specimens efficiently, minimize turnaround times, establish effective communication protocols, and verify the reliability of test results.
