Following completion of this activity, you will be able to:

 

  • Describe how lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic will frame responses to future responses to emerging respiratory infectious diseases; 

  • Describe potential applications for emerging technology, such as NGS, can be applied to respond to emerging respiratory diseases; 

  • Contextualize the spread of emerging respiratory diseases in the context of human/environmental relationships and human/animal relationships.
