  • Describe the role of mentorship, early exposure, and educational strategies in influencing medical student interest and engagement in pathology careers 

  • Evaluate potential interventions – such as curriculum integration, outreach initiatives, and advocacy efforts – to improve visibility of pathology and strengthen recruitment and retention within the specialty.
