Course Description
In this engaging session, participants will explore various perspectives that shape the work environment and culture within laboratory teams. They will learn how fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment can benefit both our profession and our patients. Additionally, the session will provide an opportunity for attendees to share their experiences in cultivating a positive culture with a diverse group of professionals in their own laboratory settings.
