Inherent in management positions is the responsibility to lead, but what’s often lacking are the key attributes of becoming a great leader. “Responsibility” without “ability” clearly differentiates so-so leaders from exceptional leaders. Session attendees will experience a profound appreciation for their consequential role as leaders along with identifying new skills to inspire their employees to embrace their true potential.
