Course Description

Celebrate the 60th Anniversary of this American Treasure with a brisk walk to the Arch of St. Louis and back. (1.2 miles)

This session introduces a hands-on board game designed to help laboratory leaders strengthen workforce performance by aligning individual strengths with laboratory roles. Using the ASCP Aligning Your Lab Team Job Aid, participants will work through real-world lab scenarios, develop strategic staffing solutions, and build practical leadership tools to improve workflow efficiency, engagement, and retention.
