LAM1602 - CME/CMLE - Increasing Productivity with Time Mastery
Course Description

The demands on our professional lives are constantly increasing. The experience of having too much to do while feeling like there is simply not enough time to accomplish everything is therefore a common occurrence in both our professional and personal lives. This course focuses on discovering what impacts how we manage time by discussing the twelve critical areas of time mastery. Participants gain insights and identify behaviors to manage their individual time more effectively, while also developing skills in time management areas that are focused on collaborating with others. Through learning about their individual time mastery challenges and strengths, this course helps participants apply specific principles, concepts, and theories to enhance their time management skills.

Specific time management categories that this course discusses are meetings, procrastination, interruptions, and how to say “no” to work that does not align with their personal or professional goals. Participants will also learn about a variety of techniques, models, and to develop better time mastery habits.
