LAM2004 - CME/CMLE - Priority and Goal-Setting Techniques
Course Description

This course will help participants to better understand the importance of organizing their time and prioritizing their work.  The course explains different types of skills which can help to enhance effectively managing their time.  This includes tools which can facilitate organization, self-monitoring practices, how to set different types of goals, methods of planning, prioritizing techniques, decision-making models, and habit forming practices.  This course puts into context how proper utilization of these skills can increase productivity, reduce stress, and create an action plan on how to handle workloads.
