This course will help participants to better understand how to use the behavioral-based interview process as well as the onboarding process for new hires. The course explains how to integrate emotional intelligence into behavioral-based interview questions to predict job performance and culture fit within a position and organization. This course also explains best practices in onboarding new hires and details in explaining the process as a collaborative and engaging effort between the new employee and the manager. Overall, the course communicates the value in hiring and onboarding processes and gives specific detail on how to be successful in each as well as how these practices contribute to the success of organizations.
