Course Description

This course presents strategies needed to successfully promote a position, especially when faced with a limited applicant pool. It includes which types of questions to ask and how to use those answers to make objective decisions on hiring the right applicant that fits the team, the department and the company culture. Finally, a review of tools and tips that will assist in developing the professional relationship between the department and employee, starting from orientation, to onboarding and ultimately long-term retention using employee engagement.
