Course Description

Managing Resources Across Geographically Distanced Locations focuses on opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency in areas such as Human Resources Management; Fiscal Management and Materials Management. Through standardized work practices, succession planning, effectively sharing materials and human resources across distanced locations, an organization can create and achieve goals through planned and predictable performance.
