Course Objectives
Following completion of this activity, you will be able to:
  • identify the need for therapeutic monitoring of monoclonal antibody therapies; 

  • explain the concept of immunogenicity and appearance of antidrug antibodies; 

  • evaluate laboratory findings suggestive of loss of response to therapy;   

  • describe different scenarios when therapeutic drug monitoring is utilized; and 

  • develop an interpretation plan for test orders of monoclonal antibody therapies.
