Course Objectives
Following completion of this activity, you will be able to:
  • describe the clinical presentation of a patient with hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma (HSTCL); 

  • describe the morphologic features of HSTCL cells seen in peripheral blood and bone marrow smears; 

  • discuss the immunophenotype of HSTCL; 

  • discuss the differential diagnosis of HSTCL; and 

  • discuss the prognosis of patients with HSTCL.
