Course Description

This deep dive session condenses vital leadership skills into a focused 4-hour session, catering specifically to pathologists and laboratory professionals. Through interactive discussions, case-based teaching, and practical tips, participants will delve into essential topics of communication and feedback, boundary setting and negotiation, and problem-solving and innovation.

Participants will explore communication techniques and effective feedback mechanisms to enhance team dynamics and productivity. They will learn strategies for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, navigating negotiations, and fostering collaborative environments.

Moreover, the course will equip attendees with problem-solving frameworks and the resilience to "fail better," embracing failures as learning opportunities and catalysts for growth. By dissecting real-world case studies and engaging in experiential exercises, participants will develop the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively in dynamic environments.
