This course explores the evolving landscape of neurodiversity in the workplace, with a specific focus on leadership in pathology and laboratory medicine. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of neurodiverse talent, including its unique strengths, and learn how to adapt their leadership approach to effectively support and empower neurodiversity.Faculty will emphasize inclusive leadership strategies, the importance of adaptability in communication, feedback, and team management to effectively engage and retain neurodiverse talent.
