Course Description

Equip laboratory managers and other healthcare leaders with the skills and knowledge to effectively attract, hire, and retain qualified laboratory professionals. With challenges such as workforce shortages, high turnover rates, and the need for specialized skills in lab settings, this course focuses on strategies to build and sustain a strong laboratory team.
