PTC103-24 - CME/CMLE - Path to Chicago Pre-Recorded Session: Secret Life of Early Pathologists
Course Description

In this session, needs and challenges faced by junior pathologists will be described. Collective efforts from training programs, more experienced pathologists, and professional organizations can improve the transition experience. The presenters will discuss the challenges and concerns early pathologists experience during their transition to independent practice. Both junior and senior pathologists will present ways to improve the transition experience.
