Course Description

The education session will teach creative solutions to alleviate the staffing shortage within the nation’s medical and public health laboratories and foster a sustainable laboratory workforce. It will address the need to improve entry of the laboratory professionals into the field, through examining innovative recruitment strategies both in employment and academic settings that the presenters have implemented in their institutions with success.
