Course Description

This course focuses on developing skills and methods of helping lab personnel to overcome performance gaps through motivation and coaching.  You will examine factors effecting performance in their environment.  They will learn how to provide objective behavioral feedback and manage coaching conversations so that team members are able to achieve organizational and departmental goals.

Eligibility for CME/CMLE Credit: Max three attempts. You will have a maximum of three attempts to meet the following criteria:

  • Module ≥80% = CME/CMLE credit
  • Module <80% = No CME/CMLE credit, after a maximum of three attempts
