Course Description

While each supervisor has a different style, if you do not have a basic understanding of the performance appraisal process and a way of communicating with and preparing your staff, this process may result in disappointments or frustrations for everyone involved.   This course will review the performance appraisal process and explain how you and your employees can prepare.  You’ll also learn how to avoid common errors and best practices for a successful appraisal meeting.

Eligibility for CME/CMLE Credit: Max three attempts. You will have a maximum of three attempts to meet the following criteria:

  • Module ≥80% = CME/CMLE credit
  • Module <80% = No CME/CMLE credit, after a maximum of three attempts
