This course examines how delegating can be instrumental to making the lab more productive, improving staff skills and confidence and achieving goals.  You’ll learn how to identify what tasks should be delegated and who are the appropriate team members.  You’ll also be introduced to the delegating process and have an opportunity to practice a delegating discussion with an employee.
