Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensure your lab will consistently perform quality procedures and deliver quality results.  Properly formatted lab reports reduce the chances of communication errors between the laboratory and physician.  This course is designed to help you accomplish this by explaining the Quality Management System framework and its Quality System Essentials and the development and delivery of SOPs and lab reports.
