To ensure viability in a rapidly changing health care environment, the clinical laboratory must constantly improve the quality of testing and the test menu offerings. A strategic, well-developed and optimally communicated test menu ensures that the best practices for test ordering and triage are followed consistently for the best patient care and strong outcomes for quality and efficiency. This course will help learners to successfully complete the process and apply best practices for selection and design of a new test menu.
