WMLM1401 - CME/CMLE -LMU 20 (Fundamentals) Financial - Budget Analysis and Financial Performance
Course Description

Budget Analysis is a fundamental requirement for meaningful assessment of Financial Performance. Financial Performance is a critical measure of success (or failure) in an organization’s pursuit of its strategic goals. This course provides a model for Financial Management of the lab, best practices for analyzing the Operating (Profit and Loss) Statement and ways to develop and interpret benchmarks to measure financial performance.
