This course will help develop leadership skills that are built on personal and social competencies of Emotional Intelligence. It will help to build teams that are effective, communicate well and are focused on conversations and interactivity and help to manage time, harness ‘big picture’ thinking. It will also help to enhance group emotional intelligence and learn techniques to allay stress in the workplace.
