This course provides an overview of opportunities for digital pathology consultation that have been made possible by an enhanced all-digital anatomic pathology workflow, including technological advances such as whole slide imaging. First adopters describe their experiences in building digital pathology consulting practices at their institutions and discuss the business, cultural, regulatory, and technological challenges faced in deploying these consultation tools for domestic and international clients.
